Late last night, the sad news of the death of famous music video director Luke Biggins emerged. At the time of writing, no cause of death has been confirmed.

Biggins’ legacy in the UK music industry is extensive and his career spans decades and spans countless eras and genres. Everyone from Blak Twang and Moorish Delta 7 to Skepta and Jaykae had called upon his expert hands and unmatched creative vision. A multi-talented designer, Biggins was Managing Director of Yellow Fish and co-founded Jacuzzi Films and Studio.

As an executive producer, director and cinematographer, Luke Biggins has been in greater demand than ever lately. Over the past two years he has worked with new generation stars like Rebecca Garton, Kamille, S1mba, Hardy Caprio, Ivoirian Doll, Darkoo and countless others.

In the hours following the news of his passing, there was a surge of his peers, including a host of photographers, directors and visual artists praising Biggins for helping them in the industry.
