CX Lavender Promotes Joint Customer Service Directors

CX Lavender announced the promotions of George Thomas and KaLing Ng the role of joint directors of client services.

Thomas, who served as the company manager, is a long-time employee of CX Lavender and has been with the agency for 12 years.

Ng joined the communications and customer experience agency a year ago and previously held senior roles at Richards Rose and Leo Burnett.

Thomas and Ng join CX Lavender’s leadership team to lead its commercial management function and are responsible for delivering consistent client experience and results across the agency.

M&C Saatchi Australia announced the promotion of Emma Robin as National Executive Creative Director.

Robbins will work alongside Cam BlackleyCreative Director of M&C Saatchi Group ANZ, to build connected creative leadership in the agency’s Australian operations.

Robbins joined the Melbourne agency four years ago and has had several notable wins including Victorian State Government, Origin and WorkSafe.

The new position has been designed to create wider opportunities for creative solutions across M&C Saatchi’s Australian network as their client ecosystems and ambitions diversify.

Taylor Swift took home the biggest prize of the night — and announced a new album — at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, a chaotic, beep-filled show that nodded to musical phenoms past and present, and featured a surprise appearance of Johnny Deppreports The gardians Adrian Horton.

Meet 3AW’s New Wide World Of Sports Host

Sam McClure will be the first host of 3AW Vast world of sportswhich is slated to begin Nov. 2, 3AW reports.

In a year where both Projects main hostesses, Lisa Wilkinson and Carrie Bickmorehave been absent for long periods, Wilkinson finally returned to hosting the show last week, News Corp’s reports. Nick Tabakoff.

His low-key return came more than two months after his tumultuous Logies victory speech led to his disappearance from the show in June, sources close to Wilkinson’s camp confirm Diary at the time, she had retired from the airwaves due to the “toll” of widespread criticism of the speech.

During his hosting break, 10 secretly flew Wilkinson to Los Angeles (in, by all accounts, a military-style operation) to conduct interviews with the likes of the celebrity attorney Gloria Allred and pop legend Don McLean. Curiously, she then briefly returned to The project for a week of reception in July, before disappearing again during the holidays scheduled for the beginning of August.
