WASHINGTON (AP) – President Joe Biden will travel to Capitol Hill on Thursday to speak to House Democrats about his national platform and the bipartisan infrastructure deal. The developments suggested that a possible deal was underway after days of protracted negotiations on its ambitious social and climate policies and how to pay for them. The president wanted to announce at least part of a deal before leaving later Thursday for world summits.
