When you are ready to own your own home, you need to spend a lot of time visiting other people’s homes that are on the market. You look over the kitchen, check out the bathrooms, and take a look at the master bathroom. If you are like us you are also trying to have a home vibe. Is it old? A little scary ? Would it be haunted? We prefer not to live in a house where a poltergeist lives, but some people are actually looking for that sort of thing. Unique individuals are lucky. It is because the house which Conspiracy is based on just hitting the market.
You know Conspiracy. The story of a family who moves into a dilapidated Rhode Island mansion to (unsurprisingly) encounter a malicious spirit. Well, the house that the popular horror movie is based on is for sale.
The 3,000-square-foot Rhode Island home has three bedrooms, eight acres, and possibly a ton of evil, terrifying ghosts. And it can be all yours for the low-low price of $ 1.2 million.
The film was based on the 1971 account of the Perron family who lived on the farm and were haunted by a witch named Bathsheba Sherman. Ed and Lorraine Warren have come to investigate the hauntings.
If the thought of living in a house that is not only the basis of a horror franchise, but could also house a creepy horrible witch, this just might be the house of your dreams.
