Twin Falls McDonald’s donates Disney World toys for 50th anniversary

Magic Valley McDonald’s branches have joined the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort celebration and will give customers 50 Disney figures over the next few weeks. Customers can purchase the toys separately or receive them with the purchase of a Happy Meal.

No one is more excited about the new 50th anniversary toys at McDonald’s Walt Disney World Resort than my wife. The other day, she made a checklist of figurines she wants to add to her impressive collection of Disney merchandise. We tagged Pinocchio in a meal we bought for our son on Wednesday at the Blue Lakes Boulevard store.

The Happy Meals contain the Disney Castle, as well as a checklist of the 50 toys people can collect. Popular Disney characters like Donald Duck, Groot, Lady and the Tramp, Dumbo, Bo Peep, Woody, Bambi and many more are included in the promotion. These Disney collectible toys will only be available for a short time.

We were told on Wednesday that many Twin Falls locations were already running out of action figures during this first week of celebration. This is due to the fact that many residents in the area buy the toys at the drive-thru. These Disney toys come with brackets and a neat background sticker that changes color.

Disney fans are perhaps the most avid collectors to roam the planet, and there’s no doubt in my mind that we’ll be seeing Magic Valley McDonald’s stores busier than usual in the coming weeks.
